Awesome Agent, Awesome Guy!

I initially posted my Oakden home for sale on Gumtree hoping to avoid hefty commission fees, I was approached by 4 Real Estate Agents who saw my Gumtree Ad so spoke to them to see just how much they would charge me to sell my home, I was shocked to be told how much they wanted as commission, then I was contacted by Wes Przylucki of Millennium Real Estate, as soon as he told me his very reasonable rate I thought why sell it myself when Wes can do all the work for me, organise the For Sale sign, local letter drop and hold open inspections, which he did most weekends and at times which suited me. Wes did not try and make more money out of me by charging extra for the house sign or photography.

Wes was always very professional, punctual, explained everything very clearly and very honest. Wes was always very easy to reach via phone calls or text.
I sold my house for very good price and Wes organized all the paperwork and came to me, this saved me a great deal of time.

"Excellent agent Wes was the nicest guy to deal with. Prior to engaging Wes I had engaged a different agent and he seemed to be only interested in a quick sale which is a usual attitude of real estate agents. When I needed to find another agent I shopped about and went to open inspections under the guise of being a purchaser when my real intent was to see how the agent operated. I found Wes at one open inspection he had at Oakden. As soon as I met him I felt he was the right agent for the job. He was not your typical agent who makes you cringe or you regret speaking to and will pester you for days. Wes is a top guy who is reasonable, always very professional, punctual, explained everything very clearly and very honest, relaxed and never once pressured me to drop my price. He also did what my previous agent didn't do nor other agents and that is he had the house open for longer each time plus he had it open both Saturday and Sundays . He invested his time and really earnt his $4400 commission. You would be hard pressed to find a better agent than Wes. He also arranged for a photography session prior to placing it on the market and some repairs to our water system and evaporative air cond. I cannot praise him enough. What an amazing person not only does go far and beyond to help his customers he does very meaningful favours and helps his customers when ever he can, his rate $4,400 was his commission to sell my home and an upfront cost of a sign at $186, that was the ONLY COST I was charged before my home sold and with his patience and understanding, my home was sold successfully to a lovely family that I know will enjoy my home as much as my family have been.
I truly saved over $5,500 after paying another agent $2,500 for not doing his job properly and my cost if I stayed with that agent would have been almost $12,000 at end of sale.
I have told so many people about Millennium Real Estate as I know for certain that he is the cheapest and most effective real estate agent I have ever seen at work selling a home.

Selected Wes as his estimated price/value was the same as mine, a good start. did not try to undersell for a cheap price, quick sale and move on.
